I was visiting the shore from out of town when the lift gate on my Mazda wouldn't close. I rolled in on a Saturday morning when they opened without an appointment kinda hoping for the best. The service manager this morning was great, she asked one of the techs to take a quick look and he knew exactly what was wrong, reset the gate and I'm back to my trip.
Really saved my butt, super professional people all around. Thank you!
