  I worked with Lou Cipriani at Lester Glenn Hyundai when buying a car for my daughter to take to college, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lou was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He showed us multiple vehicles, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and made sure we found the exact right car for her long commute. Safety was a top priority for us, and he thoroughly explained all the features that mattered and made sure the vehicle checked every box. We did several test drives and never once felt rushed. That level of care and professionalism is the reason I’m a repeat customer at Lester Glenn, and it’s the reason we’ll absolutely be back again.

  I had such a great experience with this location, more specifically with Binish Gupte. This was my first time getting a car from a dealership and He was more than helpful and patient. He really understood my situation and went above and beyond, to make sure I got the car needed. I went to a different dealership prior and they weren’t able to With the situation I was in, binish knew I needed a good reliable car asap, and in my price range and I walked out that same night with my 2021 Hyundai Kona. I’d suggest anyone who’s interested in a car to work with binish , as he is helpful, knowledgeable, and only focused on finding the right fit for his customers.

  We had an outstanding experience at Lester Glenn Hyundai, and I can’t say enough great things about our salesman, Binish. Binish did a fantastic job from start to finish helping my in-laws purchase their new Hyundai Palisade. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure they were comfortable and confident every step of the way. There was zero pressure, clear communication, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Buying a car can be overwhelming, especially for parents or first-time buyers, but Binish made it an easy and enjoyable experience. He truly went above and beyond, and it shows he cares about his customers not just the sale.   Overall amazing experience here from the moment I walked through the door. Ryan Johnson and Sal were lovely to work with while buying my Kona just recently. Highly recommend Ryan as he was personable, thorough, and educated - Sal was super helpful with all the paperwork! I was greeted with a smile and was able to test drive a vehicle and get some information in one day - and end up buying the car the next. They made the process painless and I would recommend them to anyone looking at vehicles.

Her friendly, no-pressure approach was welcoming and set the tone for what would be an exceptional experience. When we arrived, we were greeted by Dave Beaton, who turned out to be an absolute gem of a sales agent. Dave took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge of the Tucson was impressive, and he answered every single one of our questions with patience and genuine enthusiasm. You can tell Dave truly cares about matching people with the right vehicle, not just making a sale. The dealership itself has such a welcoming atmosphere—clean, comfortable, and professionally run. But what really sets this place apart is the people. When I had the opportunity to meet with Craig, the manager, it was clear that the exceptional service flows from the top down. Craig was attentive, personable, and went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.
