  Brought my durango in for two problems .one, error message kept popping up uconnect box error requires service. Second problem intermittent starting problem. I was told they needed 2 hours diagnostic time at over 100dollers an hour. They acted like they never heard of of the error message before. Then they said they needed an additional 2 hours diagnostic time. I come to find out their is a service bulletin on this problem outlining just what the problem is and how to fix it. WHY ALL THE DIAGNOSTIC TIME??? They corrected the error message problem, but gave me the vehicle back with the starting problem. They state in bill and in a text that the battery, terminals. Cables, and mounting were checked and passed. I lived with the problem for another week and a half. And decided to try to check things myself. When i checked the battery I found a loose battery cable, tightened it and problem solved. Did they even check the battery at all. Will contact corporate office next week. So disappointed. I guess this is the true lester glen experience. Phil Santolla

  I had a great experience at Lester Glenn Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT. Nicholas was my salesperson, and he was professional, attentive, and easy to work with from start to finish. He really listened to what I wanted and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Brian from the finance department was also excellent — very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my preferences were taken into account. Overall, the entire team handled the deal very professionally and respected my time and needs. I truly appreciate the service and hope this won’t be the last vehicle I purchase from this dealership. Highly recommended!

  I want to THANK Ed at Lester Glen to take the pain staking time to right a wrong that happened to me from another dealership (Pine Belt Lakewood). I was quoted a price had a hand shake with Pine Belt to only realize they could not deliver on. Ed at Lester Glen explained how it happened and not only gave the original deal but in record time. The Grand Cherokee was a birthday gift for my wife, she had a wonderful day getting that vehicle, THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AT LESTER GLEN JEEP CAN'T WAIT TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN!

  We have been coming to Lester Glenn for at least 20 years. We have purchased numerous cars from them. Every experience has been top notch! For the last several years we have been dealing with our salesman Dennis Casasnovas. He is without a doubt the best we have ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of his job! He is honest and has integrity! Every department there is wonderful from finance to service! You will not be disappointed! They explain everything in detail so you walk out informed!
