When I showed up I was politely greeted and worked with Marc for the vehicle intake. I inquired about new tires and was pleasantly surprised to find cheaper prices for the same tires I was shopping at third party auto centers like Mavis and Pepboys. After intake, I waited in their very nice, comfortable, super clean waiting area while watching the news on large screen tv's. Complimentary coffee selections and wifi were a very nice touch. Finished the visual with Marc summarizing my vehicles status and walking me through check out. Great experience, thank you!

- MMMichael MoutosOct 28, 20251.0As a response to your response due to this issue with the car: Yes I have received a phone call from you guys but it was 5 days after I called and left a message and nobody called me back until after 5 days which the jeep was just sitting in my driveway disabled, I will give you guys a call Monday 11-10-25 . As for not servicing the Jeep at your location, there are Jeep dealers way closer to my area then where you guys are located, as I'm writing this email the Jeep has been at Pine Belt Jeep in Lakewood for a week now because the Jeep needs a throttle body and the part is on back order! And as of today November 7th 2025 I have received another recall stating that the hybrid battery could go on fire? It is one thing after another with this Jeep! I will be giving you a call Monday to discuss further.........Do not buy a car or Lease a car from this dealership! I leased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe a few years ago and it is on its 9th recall! I'm waiting for a tow truck now to tow this thing out of my driveway cause it literally smells like the car is going to go on fire in my driveway! I called up the service department and they are no help at all ! avoid this dealership at all cost! I have over 11 million views on my Google reviews so take my word!

Justin (Mopar Hat) Friedland help us and he worked his magic and made this happen for us. He got us more in our trade in, lower the price of the Pacifica and help us get a lower APR. We now pay $100 less in our car payments. I highly recommend going to see Justin, he will definitely help you and get you the car you want.
