  After an excellent experience buying my RAM over the summer I came back for my first service appointment today. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was amhrat and they fixed my car in a timely manor. Night and day experience from the RAM dealership in Lakewood.

  Just bought my second truck with Lester Glen Ram. I was fortunate enough to have AJ as my sales person like I did the first time five years ago and as always, great service, great personality and with no nonsense of playing the game of selling me a car everything was transparent. Everything was upfront. There is no games to be played because everyone wanted to do the best they can for me Thank you to everyone again Lester Glenn happy holidays happy New Year’s

  This was the first time in my life, that I actually put a lot down and still had a high payment. I was told I needed to put 6k down and I was not clear on how and they danced around that and said it was my miles, but my miles was sooo much less than that. Then when confronted about that, they choked on their words..Then when I inquired about buying my jeep, I was told it would be about a 900 payment and I had a lot left to pay off, however the most recent Carfax said it was only worth 23k and my payment woul'dve been reasonable. I didn't have the 6k and had to split in on two credit cards ( which were then maxed out for Christmas- fun!) I am disappointed. It was the first time at a car dealership that I didn't go in guns blazing, which I usually do because feel they ( car dealerships) take advantage of women.. and yet they solidfied my original thought. I am upset with myself that I didn't fight this more, but I had my two pups in the car ( which they knew) and kept saying it'll just be a minute...4 hours later. So now maxed credit cards and the highest payment I have ever had for a car....and I will not be returning to this jeep once my lease is concluded. Merry Christmas.

  I brought my jeep in to find out why the check engine light was on. They found an oil leak and repaired it. The lug nuts on the tires was stripped so you could not take them off. They put new lug nuts on charged me over $2400 to do that work on the way home. The car would not go over 40 miles an hour. I don’t know what they did to my car, but it is totally unable to be driven safely at all. The check engine light is still on. They told me they would have to take the upper part of the motor apart to find out why the check engine light is on for an unknown cost. I cannot believe what they have done to my car. It was running fine all I wanted to know is why the check engine light was on. AutoZone told me that it was on because of the camp sensor. I showed that to the service writer and told them to check that they did nothing. My car is running 100 times worse than when I brought it in.
