He showed us a few pick up trucks, again in the rain! He allowed us to bring a truck, to my father’s house, before we brought him in! When we came back with my father, Kosta was more than patient. Even when my Dad changed his mind on the vehicle choice! My Dad eventually made the purchase which is scary for an 83 year old man! Kosta followed up with me on a Sunday even though the dealership is closed! Thank you for your efforts Kosta!

The advisor and team that greeted me did a great job and were upfront about the issue with the website/AI. They were professional, respectful and honest. I scheduled the service through the Chevrolet website/AI. When I arrived at the business, I wasn't on the service list, even though I had made an appointment through the website. I had the oil changed and they didn't reset it, so the app shows an incorrect oil life. I wasn't informed or instructed that this is something the consumer does; usually, it is done by the shop performing the service. Additionally, after they serviced my vehicle, my TPS began alerting me that it needed service. I understand this could have been a coincidence. I am cautious when recommending a shop; for now, I cannot say that I would. However, I will continue to allow them to show me who they are.

Tj was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Pricing was clear, paperwork was straightforward, and everything was handled efficiently. I would definitely recommend Lester Glenn Chevy in TR to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Side note, the vehicle had a small dent on the roof most likely from transportation on the car carrier to the dealership. Lester Glenn immediately sent the vehicle to the body shop as the location of the dent was unable to be popped out. I was put in a loaner and the dent was promptly fixed. Working with the service department was a breeze. Thanks again.
