Mike and TJ rolled out the red carpet for him and helped to ease his mind. There was no pressure from them at all; their primary focus was to educate Dad and make him feel at home. That they did!! Dad is so impressed with the Team at Lester Glenn...from Peter & April to Mike and TJ to Dan and Mike...everyone made a point to say hello and offer their assistance. They knew I was coming from over a 2hr drive to look at the vehicle and we're very responsive to my question. They also did NOT bombard me or make it feel forced that I had to buy from them like you get at other places.
