  Leo was great to work with! He is personable, friendly, and understanding of your needs/requests. He wasn't pushy and could read the room. He connects to his customers on a personal level during the whole process which makes you feel seen and heard. Because of my positive experience with him, I felt compelled to leave a great review! 10/10!

  Buying a car sucks in general. It's stressful and can cause huge financial burden. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car or pushed in the wrong direction at Lester Glenn with Bill. He showed us what he had and then continued to work with us on making it the right deal for us. On top of that, we had amazing conversation! He was such a pure soul and kind man and reminded me of my dad. I'm a tough customer, I pushed for lower and lower payments, and he took it with grace. Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with, keeping us hydrated and fed during our long day. But that's what it takes to get an awesome deal with a great dealership. We will definitely return when our lease is up and I hope it is Bill we work with (unless he hides when I come in the door haha). Thanks Bill, we are so happy with the truck. It is going to bring us wonderful memories this summer!!

  This past weekend I visited Lester Glenn Chevrolet. I had called the day before to set up an appointment to see a ZR2, and when I pulled into the lot the vehicle was right by the door ready for me — a great first impression. I was greeted by Kosta, a sales rep, who went over the vehicle thoroughly and answered all of my questions. This was my first day out looking at vehicles, and there was absolutely NO pressure. I wasn’t kept there for hours — after the test drive, manager Matt came out, introduced himself, briefly explained the current specials, and I was on my way since I wasn’t ready to make a purchase yet. Kosta has followed up since my visit to check in and answer any additional questions. This is 100% how every dealership should treat prospective customers. Highly recommend!

  How do you know you purchased from a great dealership? Let me share my experience with Lester Glenn Chevrolet. I started online and found two vehicles I was interested in purchasing. I reached out and was connected with Drew, who was excellent from the very first phone call. He listened carefully to what I wanted, answered my questions, and—most importantly—was never pushy. In fact, I had to call him back to finalize everything. After completing most of the paperwork electronically, my buddy and I drove four hours to pick up the vehicles. When we arrived, everything was ready to go. Both vehicles were clean, detailed, and Drew took the time to walk us through all the bells and whistles. During the final OnStar call, I noticed something wasn’t right with the climate control. After some confusion, I realized the A/C wasn’t working. Both vehicles were brand new with only about 10 miles on them, and at this point the Tahoe was already paid for and plated—so technically, this was now my problem. I went back to Drew and explained what was going on. He looked at me like I was crazy—in the best way—then immediately jumped in the vehicle and drove it straight into the service department himself. No hesitation. While they were diagnosing the issue, I waited a few hours and was offered a loaner car and lunch on them. Then Drew called me with the news: my brand-new $97,000 Tahoe needed an A/C compressor. That was a tough call to get—but Drew and Matt immediately apologized and assured me they would take care of everything. And this is where Lester Glenn truly earned my respect, my review, and my future business. They quickly plated my trade-in vehicle and told me they would have Ryan drive my Tahoe—fully repaired—back to me within two days. I’ll admit, I was skeptical. But 48 hours later, my vehicle arrived exactly as promised, fully repaired, and working perfectly. Lester Glenn didn’t cause the A/C issue. What they did do was drop everything to make sure I was taken care of. I honestly can’t think of anything more they could have done. I’m extremely grateful for the effort, professionalism, and integrity shown by everyone at Lester Glenn Chevrolet—especially Drew and Matt. This is how dealerships should operate.
