  The return time was calculated incorrectly. There was an additional fee that was never explained. It was the worst rental car experience.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I was told there was no car available to swap, which is very hard to believe for a major car rental company. The lack of options and flexibility was frustrating and inconvenient. Poor communication and unreliable service made what should have been a simple rental unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  I would strongly recommend Enterprise at Tenafly, NJ. The Assistant Branch Manager Landon Aguirre was super helpful and understanding. He took care of me like no other Enterprise worker. Thank you for everything Landon!

  Best enterprise station ever The staff is doing above and beyond to get you the best car and the best service. I love enterprise in Tenafly. Always a great experience.
