They even had a driver pick me up at the autobody shop where my car was left for repair work. Made my life less complicated so I didn't have to find someone to drive me to get the rental car. I could go on and on. They refused to address my issue because the manager was on vacation and then never got back to me as stated. Not worth the headache; never again.
