However, when I called to confirm, I spoke with Drew, who gave me different information and unfortunately was not very helpful. Drew walked out with another associate and advised that Ryan would assist me. When I arrived, Ryan wasn’t aware of the situation at first, but he immediately stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and care. I want to especially commend Ryan K. (Branch Manager) for turning what started as a frustrating experience into a positive one. His excellent customer service and willingness to help made all the difference. It’s because of Ryan that I will continue to rent from this location. You truly add value to the brand—thank you again, Ryan!

- LLLydia LiebchenOct 28, 20255.0Let me say I had to rent a car because once again, my Hyundai Kona was causing great problems and greater inconvenience which sent me to Enterprise while my car was sitting once again in the Paramus Hyundai repair shop. (NOTE: if you were silly enough to purchase a Hyundai from Paramus, be aware you will be renting and renting and renting while your car is being 'fixed', and the bills from that dealership will never stop. You take your car in for the scheduled 'service' and get a call from their 'team' telling you wow, they need to do this or do that and they need your approval to spend $300, or $1000 or or or. They will never admit something is seriously wrong with your car that is covered by the 'warranty' until they have worn you down to the frustrated point where you want to punch everyone there in the throat.) Ryan, the Enterprise Manager, made the process super-easy and stress-free; he suggested a couple of vehicles and both were a good choice. I have to say that Enterprise sure does like to keep their staffing to a bare minimum, which sucks for customers and I can only imagine sucks for the one or two employees in the office at any given time. But Ryan's courtesy or patience never flagged, a testiment to his loyalty and professionialism. As my Hyundai repair dragged past the date I thought I would need the car, Ryan kept in touch with me every step of the way. Finally, I am returning the rental tonight. My experience with Enterprise will bring me back to rent again soon. Nice place, great Ryan.
