  I wouid have given 0 stars. This is the 3rd time we reserved vehicle had emails confirming thee vehicle and we show up and NO car and no phone call. The is the Swedesboro NJ branch.

  While I do not have any issues with the rental place itself (they are ok), I am very upset with their toll charging set-up and policies. I have EZPass unit and always use it on all rentals. In the past, it was not an issue. Recently, that changed. When picking up the car from Enterpise Swedesboro, I explicitly asked the staff if my EZ pass will work. They assured me that there would be no problem. That there will be no charges if I use my own EZPass unit, and advised me to add the rental car information to my EZPass records. I did that. About 2-3 weeks after returning my car, I discovered a charge from the Enterprise toll unit (they also added $5 or $7 convineince fee). Most of the tolls were charged correctly on my EZPass, except for a few on the last day of rental. When I contacted Enterprise customer service and asked why they are charging me tolls when the rental place assured me that using my own EZpass would be fine, and there would be no charges, they were plain rude and refused to help. I cannot stand places that give me incorrect information and then refuse to honor their promise. So I will not rent from Enterpise again.

  I had an amazing experience with Swedesboro Enterprise! As a first time renter I was a bit nervous, but the staff made the process super easy. Would 100% recommend
