- JJJackOct 10, 20251.0I have not been impressed with this enterprise recently. The customer service is always good, I’ve even called back at times and complimented how nice the workers were. But ever since these towing incidents (which have happened to many customers) I do not appreciate this locations lack of empathy and accountability. There are 6 employees in there at a time when you rent. This is my second time where not a single employee said a word about the property manager towing cars. This time the girl didn’t even walk around the car with me to see if there were scratches so that’s on them. They want to talk about everything under the sun except for the facts their customers cars will be towed my the property manager which they are well aware about. 350 dollars to get your car back if it is towed by the way. Enterprise won’t do a thing about it besides say sorry. Property manger who is towing name is Daniel Calatozzo, real genuine man of the town! I think I will be using the next nearest enterprise for my next rental.
