  I helped my mom buy this new bronco. we put a deposit on it over the phone while it was in transit. From start to finish I was never harassed with phone calls or pressured into anything. went to the dealer when it came in with my mom, we thought it had a trailer hitch, but it didn’t so they worked with us on that. We got an awesome deal on a warranty All and All. We got a great deal on the truck. Eddie was our salesman and he is awesome. Along with the finance guy, I forget his name sorry and the rest of the team. They were also very fair with a trade-in price on a jeep that we decided to keep. if you guys are looking for a new or used vehicle call Eddie at Neilson Ford in Sussex. They have 14 dealerships they could find you anything you want. Tell him Cody sent you. thank you again Eddie and the team.

  The staff is friendly and welcoming. Eddie, in sales was wonderful to work with. Listened and understood my needs. Randy, also was very understanding and willing to get me in the right vehicle. Nice experience

  Eddie was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helpful helping me set up the vehicle app. Found my new Ford dealership l will deal with from now on.

  I was charged fees for extra "features" that I did not request nor reviewed to approve! There were 3 charges $915.00, $299.00, and $399.00for key, window etching, and maintenance plan! I was not told of them nor did I approve of the additional "features"! I I asked about the $915 fee and was told I did not purchase any extra maintenance features! I pointed it out to him and asked for the removal since I was not told nor did I sign in agreement of these! The conversation went to the next level at whitch point I was told the fees would be removed from total vehicle sale price! The charges have not been removed up to this point, which is now 3 weeks later!
