I had a car accident and insurance company set up a rental car for me at this location. The staff was nice and gave me a bigger car that is normally over the cost of what the insurance company pays them. I needed the car a few more days past the insurance allowance period and they charged me a very low price to continue the rental.
The staff was professional and nice did not pressure me into buying extra collision coverage and even gave me a ride home after I returned the car.
I will definitely come back to this Enterprise location when i need a rental next time.

What a horrible rental company. They allow you to reserve cars online that are not available and then let you know last minute. No type of apology for the false advertisements. Ruin a road trip hopefully this location shuts down

Don't use this location. We reserved an SUV 6+ months in advance so we can attend a wedding. Day of pickup, they called early in the morning to confirm our reservation. After our pickup time, they call to tell us they didn't have any suv available. We were already in the uber on our way. They offered a very small discount on a sedan which is no help, as we needed the suv for space and AWD. If you dont have a car you promised a customer maybe you should offer more than a $10/day discount. Whats the point of a reservation if you cannot guarantee a car?Unacceptable
