Day of pickup, they called early in the morning to confirm our reservation. After our pickup time, they call to tell us they didn't have any suv available. We were already in the uber on our way. They offered a very small discount on a sedan which is no help, as we needed the suv for space and AWD. If you dont have a car you promised a customer maybe you should offer more than a $10/day discount. Whats the point of a reservation if you cannot guarantee a car?Unacceptable

Mind blowing, bad, customer service. 1 star is more than they deserve. Update: Hi Drew. I’d like to report that reaching out to customer service was the way to go but I did this three times before leaving the store. Each time I was promised that a manager would call me - yesterday! As of now, 30 hours later, I’ve heard from nobody. It’s obvious that this poor service begins at the top.

The fix for the iPhone with the latest version iOS is: —Settings —Screen time —Content & Privacy Options —Allowed Apps and features —Be sure CarPlay is turned on (I must have turned it off 3 years ago when my Girlfriend and Sister yelled at me that if I plugged in my iPhone to charge it, it would “screw” things up!) 😉
