- MRMakayla RodriguezOct 18, 20251.0my fiancé came here for an oil change and they treated him like a toddler, they tried to explain every little thing and upsell him on EVERYTHING as if he doesn’t know cars himself. They tried to tell him his engine has an oil leak and the scrape plate was catching it (it would’ve dripped off bc our scrape plate is hanging) but then puts the dip stick in and says the oil level is completely normal. how the hell are you gonna tell us there’s an engine leak but the oil level is completely fine? they tried to get him to pay $28 for an air filter even though he said he was gonna get it from auto zone. the worker complained about the customers being there at that time, called it “the dirty thirty” talking about the thirty minutes, but my fiancé was just trying to get in and out and this dude was trying to give him a whole mechanics 101 and upsell him on everything under the sun. SCAMMERS.
