  Harry and Joe were very kind and patient with me as I wasn’t sure what vehicle would fit my needs. It took me about 2 months to decide after test driving and doing researching, I could not be happier with my decision and the deal. Everyone at Echelon Ford made me feel at ease and comfortable. Great group of people!

  I had a great experience working with Harry while purchasing my vehicle. He was very attentive and made sure the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. He was honest, straightforward, and a pleasure to talk to throughout the buying experience. Everyone involved, from the sales manager to the finance manager, was also very straightforward and nice. Overall it was a smooth, no-pressure experience and I would highly recommend working with Harry and the team if you’re in the market for a car.

  I have now found my new dealership over here in NJ. The folks at Echelon Ford were all super. My sales associate, Pete Snyder, was terrific. He addressed all of my questions and made the whole process stress-free (and fun..imagine that buying a car). I highly recommend this dealership.

  I recently purchased a used 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Kyle at Echelon Ford, and the experience exceeded every expectation. I traveled from out of state to make the purchase, and while New Jersey dealerships don’t always have the best reputation, Echelon Ford is truly a hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine hospitality and kindness. Kyle was professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The finance manager and Tom also went above and beyond, especially when we ran into an unexpected issue that was completely my bank’s fault. They handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and real care, which meant a lot during a stressful moment. Overall, the team treated me with respect and integrity from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Echelon Ford to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

  On the test drive I was asked if I had a bank and if so, what the was the rate I was going to use for financing. I told the salesman that I was going to use my Credit Union (who has always had the lowest rates) and that I was pre-approved for 4.93%. Salesman proceeds to tell me that if I financed through their Credit Union (Police & FIre) that I could get approved (w/ the appropriate credit rating) for 4.4%. Obviously a .5% isn't anything to slouch out, so I fold that into all the information that I needed ponder. I leave. A few days later I realize the truck is exactly what I want and is fairly priced. I'm gonna buy it. I have a friend drive me from Bethlehem, PA to the dealership in New Jersey, first time buying a vehicle this new, its a whole thing, it's exciting. I get to the final boss, I begin signing papers, and we get to the explanation of the financing details, where I'm told that my loan rate is 4.99%. I stop him and tell him that I was told I could get the loan at 4.4% and slide the paper across the desk that was given to me by the dealer that clearly states 4.4%. He claims that this is an impossible number and doesn't know where it could have come from and the best their Credit Union can do is 4.99% Am I going to blow up this entire deal over .5% or the difference of my preapproval rate of .07%...no. I wanted the truck. I took their terms and the truck has been great, if I knew of a better deal somewhere else that would have factored in and I may have held their feet to the fire. Moral of the story is this was a slimy dealer move on their behalf just so I would sign up w/ their financier. To be fair, all involved were pleasant to deal with. Just be aware and do your due diligence. I have the document w/ the 4.4% rate on it, Google won't let me upload it.
