I gave a 5 star rating because of the way the manager and my sales rep worked together for my specific purchase needs, after the test drive the Bronco sport Outer Banks sold itself , a lot of features and they were ones i never had in a car ever . Everyone there is friendly and asks what can they do for you. Completely happy and satisfied with my purchase. they have a great selection of low mileage used vehicles for sale.

This is my second time working with Rob at Echelon Ford. It always a great experience. I didn’t have to sit there for 6 hours trying to negotiate. No game playing at this place. Rob was nice, with a real chill attitude and got me out of the dealership in 2 hours. I recommend this ford dealership. I have 2 dealerships that are 1/2 the distance from where I live, but I would still go to Echelon Ford.

Echelon Ford is the BEST!! Joe H and Troy C are phenomenal, awesome, and amazing! They made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the both of them! They really took the time to make sure I was taken care of, but most importantly, they made sure that I was happy! They did everything they could to work with me. I couldn’t have done it without them. They truly care about their customers and it really shows in their work and kindness. I am in LOVE with my new Explorer! Can’t wait to do more business with them in the future. I won’t go to any other Ford dealership because that’s how good they are! Highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Great shop here! They kept me informed the entire time during a lengthy repair. Was dealing with a 3rd party warranty company so that company was the cause of the delay! Ford was very helpful with that company and went beyond my expectations in getting approval and the work done in a very timely manner! Got the car back and it was washed and cleaned and looked great! Thanks Echelon Ford! Big company but felt like a small time friendly experience!
