No convo with the customer, other Valvolines I have visited, they are friendly; has a conversation with you while gathering info, not robotic and script driven and also puts air in the tires. They Did not put air in my tires after mentioning it was done.

Thanks so much, Jahaira! *The entrance is confusing. They should fix that. It's not their fault because they share their tiny parking lot with a massive one. So when you enter, enter from Morris Avenue, not Millburn Avenue.

- AHAmi HedaApr 9, 20264.0I came in with my daughter (she's a younger driver with her first car) for her first oil change. I'm sure the quality of the oil change and the service are all good. However, I would suggest that perhaps our customer service experience could've been better. The person that took care of us while certainly knowledgeable about company process could perhaps provide a warmer customer interaction. While I would have no issue coming back for my next oil change, I don't think my daughter would feel comfortable because the lady that was our service representative wasn't particularly focused on the customer experience. She was quick and efficient on the servicing of the vehicle; however, not particularly endearing to the people that were her customers. I believe my daughter found this off-putting and this makes her a bit nervous to return on her own.

The team was professional and explained everything clearly without being pushy. They also did a full inspection of my car and gave helpful recommendations, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they even informed me about open recalls on my vehicle and advised me to follow up with Honda that level of attention is rare. Overall, honest service, great customer care, and very efficient. Definitely coming back 👍
