- BBBlueDec 29, 20255.0I work as a dog trainer and often have animals in my vehicle and when my oil light comes on its nice to know there's a place I can go between shifts or after work to get my oil change done where i can stay in the comfort of my car with my k9s and be in and out before my next appointment! The staff was so welcoming, so knowledgeable and friendly! They had great communication and safety precedures in the bay amoungst each other and the store manager, Will was out there working with his crew jumping in to help get clients in and out as quickly as possible! He was incredibly informative, very sweet, and gave me a great breakdown of what needed to be done, recommendations and was very friendly throughout the entire exchange. It is sometimes difficult to be able to have speed and great customer service but truly Will had it all and made sure his team was running the same way. You could tell by his teams lack of hesitation to ask him for help or his advice that he is well respected and a sought after by his team. 10/10 experience and they will be seeing me again as a steady client! This spot specifically is my new go to despite it being further from my house! Good customer service is hard to come by these day! Thank you Will!

When I mentioned my tire pressure issue, William responded in a condescending manner, which made me feel dismissed and less likely to return. Additionally, I noticed that he also spoke disrespectfully to a female worker, saying she ‘wasn’t that bright.’ This behavior was discouraging and made me feel unwelcome. I hope that future customers can experience more respectful and attentive service.
