I was driving from home from work and got a flat tire, was able to replace the tire with a doughnut spare, and then drove to the MAVIS discount tire to ask them to repair the flat. They were incredibly cordial, professional and attentive. They fixed my tire put the spare back in it's well with all the tools I had taken out then inflated all the tires to the correct pressure. All in 15 min. This was wonderful service by caring human beings. Thank you MAVIS Tire of Sparta, New Jersey.

- KKknicks1616Oct 28, 20251.0Had front brakes and rotors replaced. After their work there was massive squeaking while driving, breaking, and turning left and other noises after their work. Took it to another Mavis location and was informed this shop never installed a hardware kit with the brake pad on passenger side, the rotor wrapped and grooved up, and everything was dry as there was no brake grease used on the parts. Just incredible incompetence and a told hassle. Won’t ever use them again as they failed miserably on a routine service. Invoice #00398211
