They didn't try to sell me a bunch of useless products and they definitely won my business. $100 for a synthetic oil change so I probably won't be going anytime soon unless I'm in a hurry again.

It is a spin on filter, which really doesn’t require any tools to install. For some reason, the technician thought it would be a good idea to overtighten the filter to a point where the only way to remove would be by virtually destroying it. I can’t imagine the gasket was lubricated before installing the filter either. As a customer, I would think twice before taking my car here. Such a basic service, treated with such carelessness.
