  Very good men and women at all the Valvoline shops I've been to. I've been to most in New Jersey and one shop in New Hampshire. I'm local to the South Plainfield shop. They swap the drain plug and gasket for $2 if its chewed up too much which I love. Not too pushy on the up sells. Very honest I believe. Not had a bad experience yet in 5 years taking my Civic there. Thank you Matthew and Sean for my oil change today. I've seen the manager Layla there too for many years so its a good sign for me that she is doing a good job.

  I want to extend appreciation for the staff- Esp Matthew and Elijah! I came to get my car service under high stress, and Matthew assured me everything would be taken care of while extending extra help to make sure my tire could make It to the closest tire repair shop. He facilitated my service in such a timely matter, which helped ease my nerves. I am so grateful for the quick efficient service as well as customer service from him and his fellow colleague Elijah. Thank you!

  Been coming here for years. I’ve never had a visit for an oil change where my tire pressure is low. Get a full service oil change and my back tire which is causing my dashboard to to let me know my back left tire has low PSI. I gently let them know like hey hit my back tire with air. I’m told just drive on it a few miles. If I drive to south jersey and it’s still flashing? Should I consider that a terrible job on your part for not just filling a tire with air? Am I encumbering you with your job? I would avoid and go to a local gas station to do full service next time. To those reading this, make a different choice
