I trusted them with a simple oil change, and they didn’t put any oil at all in my car. I ended up driving out of state with my children, completely unaware, and it breaks my heart to think how differently things could have ended if I hadn’t checked and added oil myself. The risk they put us in is unimaginable. When I went back to speak with the manager, suddenly they “found” a leak that they never mentioned before. The way they tried to cover up their mistake felt dishonest and downright disrespectful. I left feeling furious, shaken, and deeply disappointed that a business could treat people this carelessly. Please, save yourself the stress and go somewhere—anywhere—else. I will never use this company again.
