I called Mavis they told me they most likely would give me 30% off of new tires so I make appointment. The day of my appointment I go and they tell me they can only give me 13% off my new tires. They said guy didn't know what he was talking about over the phone. 13% is nothing when the tires say certain amount of miles warranty. They wanted to charge me $344 off the cheapest tires with the supposed discount. Then try to say they wore fast because I didn't rotate my tires and try to say I never asked for that not for nothing I'm not the mechanic here and they didn't ask me about it especially when they offer it for free how do I know ur supposed to rotate tires when u purchase new ones. Especially since I went back after buying my front ones I bought my back ones a year ago and they never told me either time to rotate them. I left and got my tires else where a lot cheaper. They definitely lost my business for the future.

Dionel at the front desk was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and quick. shoutout to Bryan for talking and making the process easier and Presley, the mechanic who did the alignment-they were knowledgeable and did solid work. They took nearly 30–45 minutes just to look at the tire, and when they finally patched it up, they clearly didn’t check it properly. The very next day, the tire was flat again. I went back to get it fixed, and instead of helping, they basically blamed me—saying I must’ve driven on it and caused another puncture. The truth is, I only put the tire back on and didn’t even drive anywhere. They still refused to fix it again and acted like it was my fault. Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional, and I left feeling frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Avoid the headache.

My partner and I both needed tires, and I also unexpectedly needed brakes and rotors, which was stressful and unplanned.
