  I had an amazing experience renting a truck from this location. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. They even offered me ice cream while I was there, which was a very kind and thoughtful touch! Most importantly, they went above and beyond to find the best possible price for me. Highly recommended for their professional service and great atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back here for my future rental needs!

  You cant compare the customer service of this location. Absolutely incredible staff and attention to client. If your looking for a cheap truck and poor service you might aswell go u-haul.Penske though, They are worth paying top dollar for, peace of mind and attention to individual clients is priceless. I plan to use them this coming week! For the 3rd time

She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure all the details were handled correctly, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way Cathy does. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, and a real pleasure to work with.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience at Penske – South Hackensack, NJ! I had an outstanding experience at the Penske location at 150 Wesley St, South Hackensack, NJ 07606. From the moment I booked my rental, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly courteous, helpful, and genuinely concerned about my needs. Their customer service is truly exceptional. The pricing was fair, the process was smooth, and the truck we rented was in excellent condition—well inspected, clean, and ready for the road. A special shout-out to Katy, who went above and beyond for us. We had unexpected issues and couldn’t pick up our truck on the original day, and even though the location opens at 7 AM, she kindly helped us at 6 AM the next day so we could stay on schedule. That level of dedication is rare. What truly impressed us was her thoughtfulness—knowing we had a long trip ahead, she even prepared a bag of goodies and water for the road. It was such a kind gesture and made our experience even better. I highly recommend this Penske location for anyone looking for reliable trucks and outstanding customer service.
