  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience at Penske – South Hackensack, NJ! I had an outstanding experience at the Penske location at 150 Wesley St, South Hackensack, NJ 07606. From the moment I booked my rental, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly courteous, helpful, and genuinely concerned about my needs. Their customer service is truly exceptional. The pricing was fair, the process was smooth, and the truck we rented was in excellent condition—well inspected, clean, and ready for the road. A special shout-out to Katy, who went above and beyond for us. We had unexpected issues and couldn’t pick up our truck on the original day, and even though the location opens at 7 AM, she kindly helped us at 6 AM the next day so we could stay on schedule. That level of dedication is rare. What truly impressed us was her thoughtfulness—knowing we had a long trip ahead, she even prepared a bag of goodies and water for the road. It was such a kind gesture and made our experience even better. I highly recommend this Penske location for anyone looking for reliable trucks and outstanding customer service.   Kathy is just marvelous! Courteous, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS so willing to help one find a truck no matter how many restrictions you may need such as height, lift gate, CDL / NON-CDL, etc I have tried many Penske locations in the past, but Kathy and her team definitely surpass any expectations.

  The truck rental was great til the end I return the truck with 3 quarter of a tank and they charged me 112 dollars to fill up a quarter of a tank that is ridiculous they should be a little more considered to there customer
