  Purchased a vehicle from Trophy Auto Sales (Payless same dealer) of South Amboy NJ 08879, not happy with their high pressure sales staff "Giulia". They made a promise to include a set of new tires after the sale but can't get the salesperson to call me back, also had me waiting there for 9 hours and already dark out to get my vehicle and when I got it home noticed it has a scrape on the passenger side that wasn't there when I test drove it. They may have damaged it in the parking lot before I took it home. Never gave me paperwork on the promised warranty they sold me. It's been over a week since the sale and haven't called me back yet. Very unhappy with my purchase.

  I had a terrible experience with this dealership and would strongly recommend avoiding it. When I first bought my car, the dealer insisted that if anything went wrong, they would take care of it and help me with any issues. That turned out to be completely untrue. Within just two months, my AC stopped working. I reached out to the dealer, and he told me to bring the car in and say he sent me so they could fix it. When I went to the mechanic, the person I was told to speak with wasn’t even there. This didn’t just happen once—it happened multiple times. I kept being sent there with no real coordination, and every time I showed up, it felt like nobody knew what was going on. Eventually, I tried to take matters into my own hands and scheduled an appointment directly. When I arrived, they told me they had no record of my appointment at all. At that point, it became clear that there was zero communication or organization between the dealership and the mechanic. Because of all this, I ended up having to handle repairs myself due to their complete lack of reliability and professionalism. To make things even worse, the dealer I originally worked with no longer works there, and from what I’ve heard, it’s due to shady business practices. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend buying a car from here under any circumstances.

  Worst dealer ship ever. Made me waste my time. I called before hand to get a final number on an a car they listed at 8K. I was told they couldn't give me a final number over the phone made me come in. Drove 45 minutes and when they made me wait 20 minutes to do some simple numbers. They came back with a price of over 13K. Straight scammed. Avoid

  Had a terrible experience here. They wouldn’t discuss basic information on car over the phone. Make you travel hours just for you to get there and they can’t find the car. Even after calling to confirm a visual just before I started my trip and it was confirmed that the car was on site.
