- JKJ KJul 2, 20251.0So, it's early in the morning and I pull up to fill my tank. The attendant comes over and takes my card. Tries 3x to run the card. Doesn't work... OK, I pull off to check my bank... There's money.. So what's wrong? I get back in line and another customer is standing outside his car at the exact same pump whee I was.... his card doesn't work either. So I went inside to get an explanation and help. The woman behind the counter said no manager is here right now. I explained what happened.... she says the attendant outside has a language barrier and the pump I was at was off.... I stated what's he doing working here if he can't speak the language to communicate with customers??. This woman behind the counter told me in a nasty tone of voice "Why don't you just go to another gas station???" What kind of customer service is that??? Why are people working at one of the busiest gas stations in NJ who can't speak English???? I go here all the time. I just pulled in to get gas and I'm the one who gets yelled at for no reason whatsoever......I have no problem with anyone.... Just fix the problem and hire people who speak ENGLISH!!!!!!
