  I've been let down by numerous dealerships and it feels like I walked on broken glass for many miles trying to get approved for a car. I recently had a voluntary repo for about 20k and my credit rating hit rock bottom which was about 500. Let me say this, no matter what situation you deal with in life there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank God I was bless to have Dylan as my salesman, he definitely brought my confidence at an all times high. He was well mannered and professional. From the moment I interacted with Dylan, I was straight forward about where I stood with my credit, budget and my goal which is purchasing a car that will suit my need. The entire process was lengthy but worth it because they manage to get a bank to approve me with low monthly payment and $1000 down payment. I am very happy that they went the extra mile. I would highly recommend Dylan and the finance team.

  Serenity was the girl who helped us out, and she was great! She advocated for us to get a good deal on the car that we were looking at and stood up for us when some contingencies came up. Thank you serenity for the time and patience helping us get a car today!

  Got a 9k Hyundai car and it didn’t even last me 5 years start having motor problems not even 1 year with the car giving me minor problems

  Would give 0 stars if I could to be completely honest. Whole thing was super sketchy to say the very least. It was frustratingly clear that they wanted nothing more than to make a sale; a lot of big talk from the sales person—Malik—about being a “different type of dealership” and “we don’t like to leave our customers high and dry after we sell the car like other places.” Keep in mind—less than a week later—we tried getting in contact to ask a couple questions, and couldn’t even reach anyone that could help us. Not to mention, the check-engine light came on the VERY next day. For what it’s worth, it definitely is “a different type of dealership” to say the least. Lies, greed, fraud. That’s all you get if you stop by this place.

  Malik had me come all the way there promising that he will reimburse me for catching a Uber almost a hour away. I told him that I plan on purchasing a car when I get my taxes because I didn’t have all of the down payment that may have been required.l I also had a prequalification from Westlake, but they did not honor that. He told me to not worry about the down payment because they have a program where they can apply my down payment towards the loan or such and I wouldn’t have to worry about that. So like a fool, I ignored all of the bad reviews here on Google and went anyway. Once I got there and sat for two hours without anything, I eventually test drove a Mercedes Benz truck with a check engine light on it, which should have been a bigger red flag for me. Eventually., I had it in my mind that I was about to leave because he kept coming back to me every 30 minutes asking 1 to 2 questions that he could have asked all at once. Oh and that down payment program that he spoke about was clearly false because when I brought it up to him, he kept asking me “well how much do you have?” When in fact, I had already told him from the beginning that I wanted to wait for my tax return to put a down payment on a car. I then told him that on the phone he had a complete different story…he then stated he’s sorry that it’s not going to work out so I asked was I still going to be reimbursed for the Uber that I traveled there in. He stated that he only said that if I bought a car. I also had my two little ones with me so overall I spent over $100 in a Uber there and back all for nothing. Stay away from tricky and scandalous dealerships like this.
