  This place sucks I call two weeks in advance told them I’m paying in straight cash.the car wasn’t ready the the salesmen and the person who supposed to bring the car out had me waiting outside in the cold for a hour.i see the car side mirror damage car wasn’t detailed the car was on complete empty.i get inside had me waiting over 2 hours i just want to pay and leave.the didn’t have no change for a hundred i paid $17,400 cash suppose to be 17333 no change back.then i waiting outside for 30 minutes to put a tag on.and the salesman had the nerves to ask me to borrow my phone for he can write a review.i looked at him like he was stupid. This plus sucks time and preparation is terrible left me leaving the place with car on flumes no gas at all I should have just left but I’m a sucker for Mercedes Benz trucks so I advise everyone if you got straight cash and never is right please just leave this place will never see a dime from me ever

  Wish I listened to the reviews. It’s true!! I feel bad for the ones that traveled far I was 30 mins away and was pissed. Been contacted by like 5 people through text and calls confirming my appointment asked if the car was available because I saw their reviews on how they state “they are available “ and you get there and it’s not. So yeah I tried giving the benefit of the doubt. But I get there which I thought to myself why go but the hubby said let’s just see it. I get there the sale rep guilia pretended to get the keys and mind you prior to coming they still contacted me about my appt. So she comes back and say “so I have bad news but also good” I looked at her with a smile and said “the cares sold” she goes yes but I have another car just a bigger version of why I wanted and that’s it’s beautiful and blah blah blah and the manger or boss was willing to match price!! I said nope I came for that care and u should of listen to the reviews. They are scammers they try to bring you in to try to sell you something else!! That’s sad . Maybe getting reported to the bbb would be a great idea! Especially if a lot of people report them for false advertising and wasting peoples time!! I had the credit money and all so they certainly wasn’t getting my money after that!

  Worst Customer Service for a dealership. Contacted the dealership on a Wednesday to set up an appointment for Saturday. For three days received countless calls regarding the vehicle’s availability. Arrived on Saturday to this dealership for the scheduled appointment. When we arrived we walked the lot to find the car— it wasn’t present. When we went inside to check-in, we told the salesman we had an appointment for a specific car and we dont see it at this current lot. He responded it was no big deal, it might be at a different lot and he would locate it for us. When he came back to the table he had a sign-in sheet to take down driver-license & SSN for the test drive. At this point we still have NOT seen the vehicle in person. We ask to see the vehicle first before handing over personal information. He refuses, his manager approaches once it becomes a problem we won’t give information before seeing the vehicle. Manager tells us we are a problem customer for not following their process. Then admits the vehicle sold an hour prior to our arrival. He says its “no big deal for the mistake because they make 30+ sales a day.” If you have a specific vehicle in mind they will try and waste your time and take your personal information. They KNEW it was sold and still wasted time harassing instead of being upfront and honest. Attached are photos of the constant harassment they give trying to have you purchase their vehicles, then switch up on you when it is no longer available.
