And then had the nerve to try and kick me off the phone. Keeping my mother’s car all day because they failed to mention that they didn’t have parts in stock. Now waiting all day for the parts. Was told at write up car would be done within 2 hours. Now being told car will be done end of the day. As someone who works in the auto industry, this just wrecks of bad management and laziness. We will see how the brakes come out hope my mother’s safety isn’t at risk due to this places negligence.

Eric and Kodi were very helpful and knowledgeable about the car trouble I was having. They could have ripped me off with useless work, but they were honest with me about the real problems with my car and what really caused the problems. I would definitely return to this store.
