  Do not buy a car from here. Recently leased an EX90 and had an absolutely awful experience. By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car in my life (and I’ve purchased a lot of cars over the years). In the first week of owning the car, the car had to get towed back to the dealer on two separate occasions. In the first 10 days of owing the car, it spent half the time in the service department. I was not offered a loaner and the dealer did not offer any remedy for my $1600 worth of repairs except for “contact corporate” even though they claim to be a corporate dealer. This was my first experience buying a Volvo and will absolutely be my last. Go spend your money elsewhere. They don’t deserve your business.

  I had an excellent experience at Bridgewater Volvo, working with JP on my new car purchase. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely pressure-free, which I really appreciated. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. This is my sixth Volvo from four different dealerships, they were all great but this was by far my best experience yet. Highly recommend Bridgewater Volvo to anyone looking to buy or lease a beautiful Volvo!

  I contacted the dealership about an internet special lease they have advertised on their website, the sales staff was confused and they had to have a manager call me. It was for a $349 lease with $2499 down on a XC-40. They proceeded to tell me it required a security deposit of $18,750 in order to get that price. Yet their website says no security deposit is needed. I am contacting the NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint. The disclosure is not obvious at all. It clearly says there is no security deposit required - see attached pictures from their website.

  This center has been great for me. They take good care of the vehicle and Rob is phenomenal...even though I live in Edison I still go to bridge water volvo only for Rob..he's very knowledgeable and takes good care of the customers.

  We purchased a 2025 Volvo XC60 Plus from Gary Wilkinson and I was pleased with his service. Good guy and honest. Paying cash I wasn't expecting to get too much in to the extended warranties until Joanne Grimaldi in finance explained how I should because the car can not just be taken to any auto mechanic because it could void the existing warranty and when you do bring it to Volvo for servicing, you'll wish you had bought the warranties. They pay for themselves easily just on scheduled maintenance. I keep cars as long as I can so the unlimited and 100,000 miles warranties on bumper to bumper and brakes was an easy call to make considering where parts and labor costs would be in 5 yrs or longer. Very nice showroom too. All in all...a good experience.
