  I recently bought a volvo XC 60 from Bridgewater Volvo and had a great experience from my first time coming in to test drive. Stephanie was very patient and attentive while I took my time deciding on a vehicle. I never felt pressured by her to make any decisions (which was a huge relief since car buying can be daunting). I also worked with Yameline from financing who was great as well as Josh who explained the in's and out's of my new volvo on the day of pick up. I just went back to get my plates and registration- the process was smooth and efficient. Thanks again to the team at Bridgewater Volvo for helping to make my car buying experience stress free!

  I've always had bad experiences with cars and cars in general. I received a eleven year old Volvo after one of my relatives passed away. My biggest fear was going to a car dealership just to be treated like a idiot because I dont know anything about cars. However those fears were put at ease when dealing with the members at Volvo Bridgewater. Im not saying that their staff is perfect but their manager (or someone important to the company) John Kim treated me with respect and made me laugh which out my nerves at ease. They will always have a returning customer in me!

  Had a great experience at Volvo Bridgewater! I want to give a shout out to Gary my salesman, Yameline the finance manger, Beija the receptionist, and Zack the product specialist. Megan in the service department was amazing too when I needed to get a bulb switched out! Everyone made the car buying experience seamless and incredibly easy. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Volvo!! Love my 2017 S60

  Unfortunately, my experience with this dealer was disappointing. I purchased a certified pre-owned XC40 and was told it had adaptive cruise control, which it did not. I was also told premium gas was not required, despite the fuel door stating otherwise. I later learned through the Volvo app that adaptive cruise could potentially be added via Pilot Assist. Jason, service manager, promised twice to provide a quote and cover half the cost, but after over three months I never received one, despite following up a few times via text. There was also significant confusion and delay regarding my title, even though I paid cash in full at purchase. I was told it needed to be picked up, then later told it would be mailed, only to find out it had been sitting in Princeton for months. When I finally received it, the vehicle model was listed incorrectly on both the title and registration. I was told this came from the prior state where it was registered, which is not true based on the previous registration that was left in the vehicle and I have. Mistakes happen, but clearer communication and taking responsibility would have made a big difference.
