- MHMartin HernandezDec 4, 20211.0Brought my Volvo XC60 to have 2 tires that had punctures replaced. Ended up needing all 4 tires because they were worn. I made it easy and told my advisor Carl that I had spoke to their parts department and the tires could be there by end of day if ordered early enough. I provided my tire warranty information so he could submit a claim easily. I ended up paying for the tires and eventually told that there was nothing in it for Carl if he put in the work to submit a claim. So he willingly disqualified me and lied to be about submitting a claim and taking pictures of the tires. Ive been in the business and I would of never told that to someone and its not even that difficult to file a claim to potentially get a tire or 2 covered under a tire warranty that i paid for. Im disappointed because I tried to make it easy, and then lied to. Also I held off on leaving a review to allow Carl to make it right, but he has only made it worse.

They provided everything that was promised and on time. The whole process was pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this dealer.
