Unfortunately, after today’s experience, that loyalty has come to an end. I made an appointment and even called this morning to double-check. I loaded up four tires myself, drove down, and unloaded them—only to be told I wasn't on the list and they didn't have time for me. It was incredibly frustrating to see staff sitting around while being told they couldn't honor a confirmed appointment. Under the previous management, this never would have happened. It’s a shame to see the service level drop this low for a long-term customer. I’ll be taking my business and my family's cars elsewhere from now on." First of all, I wouldn’t have loaded four tires in my car, then unload them at the store just to be told they couldn’t do the work. I’m not happy. Prior to this, they were excellent, but this is the icing on the cake nonprofessional ism I called up myself. I spoke to the person then I called back to make sure I called the right number and I did what happened to customers always right

I took a vehicle here for wheel alignment and they realized that brand new rear tires replaced in the back not even 24 hours ago, were put on incorrectly. They fixed it. I'm so thankful!!!!! I worked with Lucy, who was such a big help explaining to me in detail and with much understanding. Definitely use this place if you want the best service!
