    I had a front end alignment And tire purchase about a month ago and unfortunately, my daughter was hit by another vehicle around the driver side door and tire. The young lady (Gabby) at the service desk was very polite and helped me with my situation. She is a A credit to your store and made a nervous single Dad relax. She had the mechanics take a look and get me on the road again. Thank you

    Stopped in on a whim during a work trip when the splash guard had fallen off after a Meineke oil change and they got me in and out within 10 minutes and no charge to help me get it off so it wasn’t hanging!! THANK YOU!!!

    Back in June, I had my taillight assembly replaced because water was leaking inside, causing the signals and taillight to stop working. Following Mavis’ recommendation (Brenda), I purchased a new taillight assembly and brought it in for installation. A few weeks ago, I returned to Mavis and spoke with Antwon after noticing water had started coming in again. He advised me to get another taillight assembly, which I did, and I was prepared to pay for the installation. This afternoon, I went back to have the new assembly installed. While waiting, Lucy came to the counter, took a phone call, and told the customer on the line to “come right over” because her mechanics weren’t busy. However, when I explained my situation, she told me no mechanics were available. When I pointed out the that she JUST told a customer her mechanics weren't busy, she responded, “Well, now they will be when this car comes in.” Lucy then said she needed to call Antwon because they don’t typically install customer-supplied parts. I explained that Antwon was the one who told me to bring in the part—this being the second replacement. She then told me I’d need to speak directly with him, but that he’d only be available part of the day on Monday due to another employee being on vacation, which made little sense to me. I’ve been a regular customer at this Mavis for some time, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. All I needed was to have my taillight assembly installed—a simple 15-minute job. The lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. With several other repair shops in the area, I’ll have no trouble finding one that values my business.
