I was shown the filters and we agreed that the oil filter can stay until the next oil change and the cabin filter needed to be replaced and I had the mechanic, take care of that for us. I asked if there was a way that I can pay or get the signature service and I am grateful that I did! It was discovered that the batter was showing signs of needing replacement. The battery came with the car and I did not realize the battery needs has a shorter lifespan than was I was taught years ago. With the new technology now, battery life is about 2 years or more, but to get it tested every other year or so. I give this location on Route 27 in Franklin Park, NJ, 5 Stars! These technicians are amazing, right on point and know how to fix a problem. They listen to the customer's concerns and gave me peace of mind, as I needed the car to be in tip top shape for our road trip that we were taking for Christmas. It was wonderful!
