To then get told it was just a big coincidence and that they had no hands in the matter. Well, hopefully they read this but I am 100% certain that the person who serviced our car was inexperienced and damaged the hose that led to the coolant leak that caused our car to overheat and to have to get serviced elsewhere by our mechanic to fix what they caused. Not only did we have to pay an absurd amount to have these guys damage my car but now I have to pay extra to fix what they broke. So.. thank you to the guys at Jiffy Lube!
