  I had Goodyear tires that went bad (they were less than 2 years old). Since they were under warranty, I had to utilize a free-standing dealership to replace them. There were only 2 locations to choose from, both at least 30-40 minutes away from my home. After bringing the car to this location and sitting for close to 2 hours, to review and confirm that there was an issue with the tires, and they were in fact under warranty, I had to schedule a time to come back for 4 new tires to be installed. Somehow, even though they were under warranty, I was responsible for $696.95. I went back a 2nd time for the installation. Upon picking up the car, the tire pressure light was on. I called immediately and was told that it probably wasn't reset. I had to reset multiple times, until I found out the reason!! In taking my car for an oil change, my mechanic discovered that 1 of the new replaced 4 tires was incorrect (it did not match the other 3 replaced tires).I immediately called the dealership and they gave me pushback denying this, because that was not what was on the history of the paperwork. They informed me that I could bring the car back and they could investigate, and told me that having the incorrect tire on wouldn't pose a safety issue, when in fact it does. I had to make another appointment, another inconvenience. When I went to pick up the vehicle today, after replacing the wrong tire witht he correct one, the tire pressure light was still blinking and remained on. I immediately went back into the store and they checked all 4 tires again, telling me that they were at the correct pressure. They told me that I could wait for them to assess again. I refused because I am SO fed up with traveling back and forth to this location, with little to no success. Corporate will be informed of this and I will dispute this large charge! This car is what my teenage driver drives, and I now have to secure alternate transportation, so that this can be properly diagnosed. I will NEVER return to this location again!

  Gotten a flat tire after hours of Good year closing. Jasu was kind to stay longer so I can drive the car to them to leave the car there overnight. He was very kind and waited to my ride pick me up before he completely locked the door for the night. I really appreciate that. I meet Christine the next morning who also was friendly and professional. Mac was also nice. After leaving the shop with new tires, Mac called and extended his apologies and told us that they put the wrong sizes tires on the car and for us to make an appointment to bring the car back. His honest was appreciated because most wouldn’t have said anything. We appreciate you Mac. Well done team❤️
