During my recent visit, I was shocked to learn that the store’s heating system is not functioning. Employees were working in winter coats, gloves, and hats in an attempt to stay warm. Given that it is January in New Jersey, these conditions are completely and irrevocably unacceptable. While customer service itself was not an issue (it was stellar in fact, thank you Jessica!), the environment was uncomfortable for customers and, more importantly, concerning for employees who are expected to work several hours a day in these conditions. This reflects a serious lack of care for employee well-being and creates an environment that no one should be expected to work in. I find it troubling that this situation has been allowed to continue, and I believe it warrants immediate attention from corporate leadership. As a customer, this experience has negatively impacted my perception of your company. I strongly urge corporate to address this issue promptly and ensure that employees are provided with safe, humane working conditions.
