- WMWilliam H Hankin MDMar 13, 20265.0The staff: Nick, Sebastian, Jeremiah (SP?), Keon, and Amanda, helping out at the Somers Point office from her home office in EHT were each in their own way very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and agreeable. This Enterprise office has been working with me for years when car repairs were needed. The cars have been serviceable if not luxurious. I also received a call from the sales representative (Candace or another name, I have misplaced the contact info) who heard that I liked my Elantra and wondered about buying it. She, too, was energetic and interested in being helpful. My future car rentals will most likely be from local offices and no more from airports. Enterprise will be my favored option.

Unfortunately, when I arrived for my scheduled pickup, the car wasn’t available and had to be brought in from another location, making me late for a meeting. When it arrived, the car was dirty, and the location itself looks very run down and poorly maintained.
