I had a terrible situation on Christmas day I had two front Flats, I had the vehicle towed to Mavis I was there for everything, the vehicle made it there fine. They called me to tell me the damage,they gave me a list of recommendations. Nothing about a cracked exhaust. When I pick up the vehicle and start it it sounds like an airplane's taking off.The exaust manifold was cracked and they're telling me it was like that,absolute bullshit. No note of it on their paperwork with the other recommendations so I took it directly to my mechanic to get the brakes fixed as they recommended I just did not want them to do it. As soon as my mechanic put it on the lift he told me to come over take pictures and go back to Mavis. I took pictures and I returned to talk about the situation to be told they can't do nothing it's not their fault it was like that I spoke to three different people who couldn't wait to tell me they were the other person's boss just corporately trained people in denial and no accountability. I'm a father of two with two children under five and my truck smells like exhaust fumes getting dumped into it it's unsafe and to have them do this the day after Christmas and I've been nothing but understanding trying to just get this right and for them to act like they didn't create the situation. It's more important now than ever to find a quality mechanic you trust. I have to get it fixed cuz I'm not going to put my children in danger, what did you see the complete lack of human empathy and just overall to take your work vehicle or family vehicle somewhere to get fixed and they give it back to you in worse shape than you gave it to them it's just absolutely disgraceful. I had four brand new tires put on recently I wasn't asking for free tires or anything I just wanted the tires fixed to have a damaged truck now is ridiculous.
