I was in a situation after picking up family from the airport and trying to get back to the hospital an hour away to pick up my wife and newborn in time to get my kids out of school when I got a flat tire. I arrived at Mavis and spoke to Yaya and she had my tire replaced very quickly and effortlessly at a discount. the only reason I was able to still be on time for the baby and my kids school. Thank you very much Yaya and Mavis

I called to schedule an appointment to have four new Prinx tires installed and was quoted a total of $507.92, including tire balancing. I arrived at the Sicklerville location at 9:00 AM, and the woman at the front desk told me the total would be $627.91, which she said included tire balancing and alignment. That price made sense to me because the alignment is normally $119.99. Then, around 10:05 AM, a man from the shop called to say the alignment actually was not included. I was shocked because the woman had clearly told me it was. Instead of apologizing, she loudly argued with me and rudely insisted that I “must have misheard,” even though she had been the one who stated it. I felt angry, frustrated, and completely helpless because my car was already in the garage, leaving me with no choice. I was told the new total would be $740, so I prepared to pay that. But when I returned to pick up my car at 11:55 AM, the man told me the total was now $766. Again, I was shocked. The woman had told me $740, but he repeated the same excuse as before, saying, “I was standing next to her, and I heard her say $766, not $740.” This entire experience was unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. I don’t recommend anyone visit this location. The pricing felt dishonest, the communication was inconsistent, and I ended up paying over $200 than what was initially agreed upon.

My Cadillac CTS, lights were in the dashboard. They put the machine on the car, it said sensor, they put the center in, lights went out. Turn the car off, turn it back on, and the lights came back on. OK, They told me I need to take it to Cadillac. My problem was and still is why did they put new wipers on my car when I had just put new wipers on the car? Why did they change my oil that I didn’t ask for any of this and why did they put fluid in when my grandson put fluid in and filled it. I have been dealing with MAVIS for a couple years with no problem. Now they change people that work there so often that now I have problems I paid over $400 for stuff that the car didn’t need. I am very very disappointed and will never take my car to MAVIS again probably not even for tires!!!!

A while ago I came to get my tires changed and brought new rims with me. The rims didn't fit well on the tires that I originally purchased, and the staff worked with me trying two new sets of tires until I was satisfied. During the process we spoke with the manager, Tori, who made us feel comfortable and listened to! Because of that experience, my wife decided to come back and get an oil change at this location yesterday. $85 for a full synthetic change within an hour (it wasn't busy) is great. We will be back!

Came in for a 12pm appointment to get a nail removed from one of my tires. I waited for my car thinking this would be a quick repair. I should have figured it was going to be an all day affair when the staff was not able to provide an ETA for when I could expect this to be completed. 3 hours later and I’m still sitting in the lobby waiting. I asked for a status update at 2:52 and was told this was almost done and should keep waiting, that was half an hour before I was told I needed a new tire all together… what is the point of making an appointment? My vehicle wasn’t even accessed until 3:00pm (after I was told my vehicle would be ready soon). I waited from 11:58am to 4:12pm with little communication from the staff. I understand there may be a waiting period for a tech to be able to work on my car, but I found this visit extremely frustrating. I visited this shop in the past with no problems, after today, I will not come back to this location
