He swapped it out put the new battery in with no issues. He was pleasant and helpful. Definitely giving him a 5 star

Even the employees who weren't actively working were very level-headed and kept their cool while literally being attacked. Special thanks to the guy who walked me out to make sure it was safe. What a wild experience lol. Hope everyone is doing alright now! And thanks for the battery change!
