I’m a firm believer in recommending a business based on how they handle something when things go wrong and unfortunately, I could never recommend Mavis again. I spent thousands of dollars eight months ago on my tires and something’s went wrong (bubbles in tires) and Russ mentioned that he will look to see if there was a defect. Unfortunately Russ had an emergency and wasn’t there today and his unprofessional regional manager took over the situation. He accused me of threatening his business which clearly never happened and then I was treated in the most unprofessional manner I’ve ever been exposed to. Even when I have a problem with my tire, I was still willing to send my daughter with her BMW to get new tires there today. When I mentioned how unprofessional he was, I said, I am not comfortable giving you the business of my daughters (Of which I still pay for it because she’s a college student.) This is what he deemed as threatening. This man was condescending and disrespectful. It pains me to write a negative review based on one person, but it goes to show you how one person can such an impact. I would prefer to pay full price at the dealership before I have you given another dollar of Mavis that’s how disappointed I am with how I was treated.

They fixed my car within a few hours on what seemed to be a busy Sunday! They called me when my tire was fixed. AND they didn’t even charge me for a simple tire patch. Granted- I’ve been lucky enough to do this before so I was expecting to pay. But Jesse at the front desk let me go with a complementary tire patch because “it’s the holiday season” he said. SO KIND! So sweet. So understanding. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, Jesse and the rest of the staff at Mavis were so kind, helpful, and pretty quick!
