My car was clean, in excellent condition, and ready on time. The reservation process was smooth and transparent — no unpleasant surprises. During pickup, they even upgraded me without me asking. I’d definitely rent from this location again.”

    This is probably our 5th rental at his location. We witnessed Rob navigate 2 difficult clients like a pro on 2 separate occasions. His customer service skills are exceptional. And I’m a tough critic. We ran into a problem with our rental and both he and Cathy were problem solvers and put us into a different car without any problem. I mentioned Cathy…she apparently doesn’t normally work at this location but her positive attitude is incredible. When you have local customer service like these 2, you succeed as a business.
