From the moment I walked in, Hannibal was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive—he even went across the street to Wawa to grab me a tea since they don’t have one on-site, which really meant a lot. I didn’t catch the name of the mechanic who worked on my car, but he did a great job clearly explaining the issue and made me feel comfortable the entire time. As a woman, I especially appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to move forward with repairs—just honest, respectful service. This team truly goes above and beyond, and Hannibal absolutely deserves recognition—and a raise!

However Mavis is saying that there is no record of me ever going to their store in November. Also I did not saved the receipt because they told me that I wouldn't need it because my warranty is recorded in their system. Now they're saying that I will need to purchase a new tire because there is no record. I show the guy in the store my transactions on my phone. He saw it and he is still choosing to ignore the proof and has no explanation to what happened to the records. Do yourself a favor and if you have to go here don't waste money on the insurance it's a total rip off. I don't understand how can there be no record of me even being there on November.
