Stellantis has been absolutely terrible with standing behind their products. I went through several Dodge certified shops, all seemingly worse than the last. I take meticulous care of my vehicles. That said, I am not a mechanic and some things are a little passed my realm of confidence. After doing a ton of research, I came across Signature Auto. The reviews were definitely solid, so I figured I would give them a shot. After the first appointment, I had a feeling they would be my go-to. They are not cheap. And you know what? That is perfectly fine, because cheap work is almost never good work. I have been happy with the work they have done, and have even referred some of my friends to them as well. Mark is awesome, helpful, and communicative. I will continue to take my vehicles there. They are the first shop I have ever worked with that I have been confident in. Keep up the good work, fellas. You have earned me as a customer, and you will continue to get my business.
