What’s the point of taking an appointment when you make someone wait that long for an oil change. There was no apology or anything and the workers moved like they were 90 years old. If I moved this slow at my job I would be fired. I hate giving bad reviews but there’s no reason someone with an appointment should be made to wait that long with no apologies or anything either. If it is going to take this long why not inform customers of the wait? But better question why is there a long wait WITH an appointment
