- MSMark Sapanara5 days ago2.0Had 12noon appointment for alignment and tire repair. Told shouldn't take long as they were not overly busy. Car was not even looked at until 1.5 hours later after I had to say something. I was only one in waiting room! Watched tech put radial plug into my tire but did not put interior patch. I complained to manager who apologized and had them complete tire repair correctly. My car was finally ready 3 hours later. Poor experience. Two stars: one for not charging for tire repair, second for not being treated rudely.

Christy called and left a voicemail because I needed a tire rotation, and my tail light was out as well. I was at work and did not answer the phone,. Christy is AMAZING, she was able to add on the necessary services without charging too much money. She stated that it was important to get those services done, and since I did not respond she did not feel it was right to charge me services without my consent. I was able to get 3 tires, insurance, a new light bulb for under $400. Thank you for your amazing customer service Christy.
