Very attentive, listened carefully and proceeded to guide us in a considerate manner without any pressure at all. He exceeded our expectations and we'd recommend Arthur to anyone interested in a new car. I had a trade-in, and she attended to all of the details in getting everything I needed to drive off in my new wheels very quickly. When I realized later in the day that I had forgotten some personal items that I had tucked away in the car I traded in, she held them for me until I was able to retrieve them later in the week. Buying a car can be awful and stressful - it was such an unexpected surprise to do business so efficiently and pleasantly at this dealership.
