  Excellent customer service. Kate and the rest of the staff were very accommadating when my auto repair took longer then expected. Nice clean vehicle as well.

  Kate and the rest of the Scotch Plains staff are the best I’ve dealt with. I’ve visited other locations which were good also but a clear difference in customer service and helpful demeanor separate Kate and her staff. Will certainly utilize Scotch Plains again if and when needed. Highly recommend you visit this location.

  Made it real easy. Had to rent because my car was in the body shop due to being rear ended. Worked with the body shop for pickup and dropoff. Rental was clean and ran well.

  Dear Enterprise Customer Service Team, I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent experience that I believe highlights an opportunity for improvement in your customer service process. On March 19th, I experienced a flat tire while using one of your rental vehicles. When I contacted customer service for assistance, I found the interaction to be disappointing. The representative I spoke with came across as dismissive and overly scripted, without demonstrating a genuine effort to understand or resolve my situation. I did not feel supported during what was already a stressful circumstance. As a result, the lack of clear guidance and proactive follow-up contributed to both mental stress and financial inconvenience on my end. Situations like these are where customers rely most on timely, accurate information and empathetic support. I strongly believe Enterprise can improve the customer experience by: * Ensuring representatives provide accurate, situation-specific information rather than relying solely on scripted responses * Demonstrating empathy and active listening during customer interactions * Offering clear next steps and consistent follow-up, especially in urgent situations like vehicle issues * Taking initiative to help resolve problems efficiently rather than placing the burden on the customer Enterprise has a strong reputation, and experiences like mine present an opportunity to reinforce customer trust and satisfaction through improved service delivery.
