Went in first thing in the morning and viola, they claimed there were no full size cars available and the only car left was a Toyota Corolla with 50k that stunk like someone died in the car and if I wanted anything else it would incur extra charges. The asst manager was a complete BS artist, the experience shows. No more Enterprise for moi.

When our own car was destroyed by some reckless drivers, Heath showed us helpful features of the rental car and took the time to explain the timesaving bargain refuel option. Brian helped along the way to check on our return plans, update the system and offer moral support. Kate masterminded plugging everything into the computer to make sure insurance covered the cost of what they were supposed to. Grand finale was Mike making sense of the whole saga, checking our bill, getting it 100% right so we weren't overcharged, and leaving a detailed message confirming it all. HUGE THANK YOU, Scotch Plains Team. You are not only extremely good at what you do, you do it with such warmth and spread good-natured energy even in the midst of being super busy. Really helped us during such a traumatic event. Will now be Enterprise customers for life. Keep it going! :)
