I am in my 80’s and they made this rental very easy! They picked me up at the body shop and put me in a very easy to navigate car and then at the end drove me back to the body shop when car fixed! Would definitely use Enterprise again if needed!!

I rented a car from Enterprise in Dorchester, MA and returned it to Scotch Plains, NJ during self-serve hours. Weeks later, I received a $7,000 damage claim for dents and scratches that were already on the car when I picked it up — damage so extensive that I was given a discount at rental for the vehicle’s condition.
This claim reflects a serious lack of due diligence and oversight by Enterprise in documenting prior damage. The follow-up process has been a nightmare, marked by poor communication, no accountability, and no clear path to resolution. Completely unacceptable. Document everything if you rent from Enterprise.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I needed a rental car for a 4 hour drive for work. My confirmation time was at 1pm on Saturday to pick up the car. I get there at 1:05 and they are closing up. Instead of trying to help me the entire team who have ZERO customer service skills all were just trying to get out and start their weekend. Their “manager” seemed annoyed I was even there and said there was nothing they could do since they locked their key box. I asked if they were closed at 1, my appointment was at 1 then why didn’t they call, text or email me to tell me I had to be there before 1 or I couldn’t get my car?? He said sorry man and that was it. AWFUL!!!
