Cheap, reasonable, and somehow understood exactly what kind of nonsense my car was going through without me even explaining. Prices? Beautiful. Service? Chef’s kiss. Attitude? Chill. No judgment even though my car was dead then my old gold fish. If you want a tow that won’t destroy your wallet AND comes with therapy-level understanding… call Kevin. Your car will feel safe. You’ll feel safe. Honestly, I kind of want him to tow me to work now.

Called their office and told them my situation and how I needed the car towed to the dealership some 25 minutes away. They were able to come within 20 minutes or so, met Kevin, who was to tow it to the dealership and explained what happened. From the office call to meeting Kevin, I was really pleased with their response, professionalism, and just their genuine concern for my dilemma. Very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Jo-Hails Towing Company!! Thank you again!!!
