    My car was scheduled to be picked up for delivery to CA. I woke up in the morning to be caught by big surprise: the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead. I am an old woman, live by myself, don't know much about cars...I was under tremendous pressure as the pick-up driver would show up any minute Run to the Advance Auto Part store that is nearby and shared my pain with the customer service, asking him to come at my house to help me out and I could pay whatever the charge would be for his service He smiled, handed me a battery charge and said " We do not provide house service but here, take this and try yourself, it is not difficult, put the red cable to the red in the battery and the black to the black, press this button and the car should start. And you don't have to buy the charger. Bring it back when you're done." I did what he said and worked! I returned the charge and insisted on paying something, but he said, " No, you don't owe us anything. I'm glad that the car is now up and running. " His name was Oscar V., and I am giving him an Oscar for compassion, calming me down when I thought I was going to have a heart attack, excellent customer service for explaining in simple way how to charge the battery that I had no idea how it could be done, and above all for his humanity, taking care of an old lady that showed up in the store, asking for help. I wish there were more like him for this world would be a wonderful place to live!

    Brandon is an unbelievably exceptional employee! He went above and beyond to help us out with our issue. He was genuinely kind, quite patient, and super knowledgeable. Brandon made us feel at ease and made us feel super welcomed which you typically don't get when you go out shopping now a days. Brandon is a superstar employee and super happy he made our experience exquisite! Definitely will be coming to this store whenever i have an issue! Brandon you are the man!!! If anyone is looking to come here trust me you will get professional help!

    I wasn’t sure if this was the right place to go because I had read mixed reviews, but since I was nearby I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I was helped by a very kind gentleman named Austin (if I remember his name correctly), and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything clearly, installed my new battery, and even gave me advice on what to expect after a battery replacement—like some features possibly not working right away—and told me how to fix it. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and his genuine kindness. Thank you so much, Austin, for making this such a positive experience!
