When I called the associate was very helpful and patient as I explained what I was looking for. When I arrived another associate helped me at checkout. Both of the associates took the time to make sure I got what I needed, gave me some advice about the part, and explained the partial lifetime store warranty for the part. The associates names were Will and Josh. I definitely appreciated their help.
