I’ve been coming here for years, and they always take care of me. Got all new tires for a really good price, and the process was quick and easy. Staff is helpful and never pushy. Definitely recommend.

Service was good and friendly. Wait time was very low. Aprox 30 min for wheel alignment. After hour service was very convinient. Something I did not like was that I did not receive the result of the alignment with the values. This is something that in other places is given by default. Staff just said that I could get it but the car would need to be lifted again. Due to time I did not accepted. This is something that does not need to be requested by the Customer , this must be part of the paper work that you receive as a proof of the work completed. They have to detail all what it was done on your car.

BUYER BEWARE! I had a very disappointing experience at Mavis Tire. I ordered a specific set of tires and was charged accordingly, but was ultimately given a less expensive set instead. When I brought this to their attention, I had to argue extensively with the manager just to receive a fair refund for the price difference. It took days to even get a response of 'approval' for the refund. The situation was incredibly frustrating and left a bad impression. As a woman, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being taken advantage of and that they were trying to overcharge me for a lower-quality product. To make matters worse, they had already disposed of my old tires, which left me feeling stuck and unable to take my business elsewhere as I would have preferred. In hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts and walked away. I would not recommend shopping here. Be cautious and double-check everything if you do.

Jermaine and his team was wonderful with getting me in and out! After a crazy long day and suddenly needing a power steering flush AND oil change, they did a wonderful job with being able to see me same day which is very rare. Thank you guys so much!

I came in to fix a brake issue. The staff informed me that I had a seized caliper and needed new front calipers, rotors, and pads. I was concerned about my brakes so I agreed to get the work done. After a few hours, they told me my car was ready and had me pay. However, I ended up waiting an additional couple of hours after I paid because they claimed a part was making noise and needed replacement. Before l pulled out of the lot, I noticed the rear of my car making a noise that wasn’t there before. I notified the staff immediately and one of them got in my car with me and was surprised to hear noise from the back. He spoke with the mechanic, who claimed the noise would go away after a couple of days. He said the mechanic checked the rear brakes and there was debris when putting them back together, which supposedly would settle. My car made no noise when I originally brought it in to get repaired. It was only after Mavis touched my car. The noise didn’t go away so I brought it back and two other staff members took my car for a ride. Jermaine told me the noise was coming from the front and that Anthony agreed to warranty out the brakes. The caveat was that I needed to come back another day because only one mechanic was working that day. The employee who drove my car didn’t even hand me my keys. He left my car unattended and running in the lot. I returned again and waited for around two hours despite having an appointment. A couple of staff members took my car for a ride and Anthony pulled me to the working area (away from all the other customers) to tell me they hear the noise coming from the back and don’t recommend getting my rear brakes done yet. As mentioned before, the noise only started after I brought my car to them. They went from telling me they hear it in the back, to hearing it in the front, to hearing it in the back and there’s nothing they would do to fix the issue that occurred after they worked on my car. The manager claimed the mechanic never touched my rear brakes, which contradicts the tale that was told at the end of my first visit.
