I was told the wait would be 1.5 hours, so I left to run errands, expecting a 3:00 PM completion. Not only did I receive zero updates or notifications about delays, but I also had to be the one to call them 30 minutes before closing to check the status. They conveniently told me it was "just finished." Because I have a Tesla, I reviewed my dashcam footage from the moment I dropped it off until I picked it up. The car never moved. From 1:30 PM until pickup, the car sat in the exact same spot as I left it. The wheel covers look untouched, and there is no physical way a tire rotation was performed without moving the car or removing the covers. There is a 10-minute gap at 4:20 PM where a representative entered my car, but the vehicle remained stationary. It is unbelievable that a shop would claim a job is finished when they never even put the car on a lift. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. My car was also never put into service mode either, and I did a few check-ins with my app to view the live dash cam. If you absolutely must come here, do not leave your vehicle. Stay on-site.

The guy then ordered the wrong tire . They seemed unsure of the correct tire size. With all the redflags we went to a different mavis. We saved $150.00 and were treated amazing with great service. We will NOT return to the Roselle Park location . Many thanks to the staff and Manager at the Piscataway location.
