My car was experiencing heavy vibration in the cabin and their determination was a "cracked" rim (which wasn't cracked) and later on told me I needed to balance my wheels. Many expenses mounted with no solution from them. I later discovered at a tesla service station that I was experiencing vibration due to the foam in the tires being loose. Always safer going to your dealerships service team rather than a local if you want to guarantee a proper fix.
