    I wasn’t to thank Enterprise for making my rental experience excellent. The Dodge Duango I rented was a great ride and had good mileage. The ease of the rental was a pleasant surprise and the car was delivered to me on time. The agent who met with me was great to work with and the return couldn’t have been easier. Thank you, Enterprise! I definitely recommend them.

    This is my neighborhood Enterprise location. They are always on point and do a great job making a rental an easy smooth experience. If there is ever a hiccup they resolve it immediately. Pleasant staff. The entire crew!

    This was an awful experience from start to (almost) finish. This was an insurance rental - my car was being repaired after being hit. I called them a few days before I needed it to let them know. The only thing I asked is that I not get an SUV. The came to the repair shop with an SUV. The customer service representative was a quite sick - a miserable cold. I understand that hourly employees may not be able to call in sick - there are bills to pay - but how about a sending someone who is not sick, or, better yet, following a few basic hygiene protocols? He was coughing without covering his mouth. He took my credit card and then WIPED HIS NOSE ON HIS SLEEVE WHILE MY CARD WAS IN HIS HAND! He got in the car and sneezed twice without covering his nose. The, he wanted to charge my eleven dollars because my insurance does not completely cover the "premium rental" that I asked them not to bring. His response was "I'll wave that. I'm not going back to get another vehicle." Then he let me know that for $38.00 dollars I would not have to put gas in the car. When I asked what if I only use half a tank, he responded with "yeah, we don't really do refunds." I did not want to get into the car, but I put on a pair of work gloves I had, sprayed the SUV with hand sanitizer I had in my car, and decided to drive to the nearest store to buy Lysol. I opened all of the windows (in 40 degree weather) and drove to the store. The SUV itself was completely sub-par. Five minutes after I got in, the "low windshield fluid" light started beeping every 10-15 minutes. Among other things, the rear-view mirror was on the nighttime mode and the lever was broken so I could not change it. The next morning I got on the parkway and this thing had absolutely no pick-up, and it felt like I was driving through two feet of water. I got to the store, bought the Lysol, and sprayed EVERYTHING and then went home. I only drove it over the weekend when necessary because I hated driving it. Monday morning the low air pressure light flipped on - so in 20 degree weather I am at the air pump at the gas station putting air in the tire. Same thing on my home from work Tuesday, but I did not have time to stop at air pump so I had to take my chances on Route 280 and the parkway. I filled it up with gas Monday night and drove to work and back on Tuesday (about forty miles). I dropped the car off at the repair shop. The gas gauge had been between full and 3/4 when I got the car, and it was higher when the car was dropped off, but they called me and told me they were charging me ten dollars and some change for gas. I told them I had just filled the tank, so they waved that as well. The only good thing about this entire transaction is that I was able to drop it off at the repair shop instead of going back to enterprise. What a disgusting, apathetic, low quality transaction. I did not have to pay for this and still feel I was over charged.
