Ford and BMW are not in the same category and do not provide the same level of quality, performance, or experience. When a customer reserves a premium brand, they expect exactly what they booked—not a downgrade. I refused the Ford because I know the difference, and eventually, you provided a Mercedes, which was an appropriate alternative. That was the correct solution, and I appreciate it. For this reason, I expect the same standard moving forward: if I reserve a premium vehicle, I must receive that category or an equivalent brand—nothing less. Please ensure your team is properly trained to differentiate vehicle categories and respect customer reservations.
