    Dear Enterprise Team, Recently, I reserved a BMW with you, and at pickup, I was offered a Ford instead. This is completely unacceptable. Ford and BMW are not in the same category and do not provide the same level of quality, performance, or experience. When a customer reserves a premium brand, they expect exactly what they booked—not a downgrade. I refused the Ford because I know the difference, and eventually, you provided a Mercedes, which was an appropriate alternative. That was the correct solution, and I appreciate it. For this reason, I expect the same standard moving forward: if I reserve a premium vehicle, I must receive that category or an equivalent brand—nothing less. Please ensure your team is properly trained to differentiate vehicle categories and respect customer reservations. This is critical for maintaining trust and delivering the level of service expected from Enterprise. Regards,
